How do you lead a program design workshop?

SO my experience is that we must plan carefully for a workshop. I think the more you put into the workshop the more likely the participants are to disengage. A smaller workshop with less materials will absorb better in the minds of the participants.

Facilitate Brainstorming: Encourage creativity—use prompts or structured exercises. Group Activities: Split into smaller teams—tackle different program elements. Summarize and Delegate: Recap key decisions—assign next steps for progress.
