    Hay varios elementos para revisar en las dinámicas de equipo, lo primero es comprender que estocsl final es un conjunto relaciones es que van entre un y varios miembros, que no todas son horizontales y que están mediadas por el alcance de los roles; algunos serán más cercanos (cortas) y otras más lejanos (largas). Desde mi experiencia y con base en los equipos que he dirigido, en verdad la postura y las acciones del líder de tornan en un efecto de reflejó. Si eres respetuosa, empática, directa y clara lo serán contigo y entre si. Algunas veces puede que nos sean tan inmediato, pero la cultura en las dinámicas de equipo empiezan en el líder y se convierten en proyecciones en los equipos.
