When educating your team, you need to show that you are ready to be the model and to advocate at any detailed point of the project that is touching the accessibility. It is important to have training sessions, workshops, and other meeting but, I think the most important thing is, as I said earlier, that you really show it by doing, like in every task you do, you show how you care for people. I do believe that it is one of the best ways to educate your team.
