Ensuring open communication in any area of life and work is important. As a social work team manager, I would ensure open communication by holding weekly supervisions, both as a whole group and individually. I'd also encourage an open door policy. I've always been taught that there is no such thing as a stupid question. I would instill that same belief in my team. Anyone would be able to speak to me about any situation at any point in the process.

One to one meeting or discuss session with team member gives scope for both team member and manager to reflect, discuss openly and exchange feedback on any issue. Regular check-in with the team also works effectively.

One thing Ive found helpful is open communication.Ensure that you engage your audience in an open discussion ,give room to each member to hire their issues out. Listening skill would play a major role too in creating harmony and understanding amongst the team.give undividided attention to each individual and evaluate their opinions reasonably.

The key to knowing and being a team is working together. All count, all contribute. Each is treated with respect from the least to the greatest, honor as you would wish to be treated. It is important all understand clearly, so field questions. Inspiration and opportunity usually come by keenly listening and reflecting/processing. Open door policy, regular check-ins are essential. Meetings only for important changes.
