Recently our Aediseans and their families swapped conference calls for roaring jeep rides and endless laughter at Safari West! We enjoyed bumpy treks through the wilderness, overnights in tent cabin, up close giraffe encounters, sharing stories over s’mores and dinner under the stars! This adventure was all about connection, fun, and making memories since nothing beats bonding when there are zebras, good food, and campfire vibes involved. But most of all, we’re grateful for our incredible team and their families who help us leave a #PositiveLastingImpact on the communities we serve. We appreciate you and all that you bring to Aedis! We are breaking ground for a brighter future! We are thrilled to celebrate the start of construction at San Juan Elementary School for Aromas-San Juan Unified School District — a major step forward in creating a vibrant, future-ready learning environment for students and the community! The transformation is already underway, with Phase One now in progress. Initial construction includes: • A state-of-the-art Administration Building • A new Multipurpose Room (MPR) • A redesigned drop-off zone and parking area, prioritizing safety and flow Future phases will introduce: • A Lunch Shelter and thoughtfully designed outdoor learning environments • A new Library to inspire curiosity and connection • A dedicated Kindergarten and Pre-K classroom complex • Enhanced play areas, landscaping, and secure perimeter fencing The full campus modernization is on track for completion by Fall 2027—an investment in student success and a lasting contribution to the well-being of the entire community. Together, we are building a legacy of opportunity and growth, leaving a #PositiveLastingImpact on #SanJuanElementary and the Aromas San Juan community.

Construction is currently underway at Forest Hill Elementary School for a new multi-use building and new kindergarten playground, representing the fifth implementation of Campbell Union School District’s multi-use building prototype. Originally developed for Blackford Elementary School as a Net Zero Energy/Emissions public school building (the second in California!), this flexible, all-electric, and solar-ready design has shown to be a cost-efficient and future-oriented solution that effectively balances energy efficiency (60% cost savings at Blackford ES) with the specific requirements of each campus. Scheduled to be completed over the summer, this project is Phase Two of the campus’ modernization, following the addition of a new Administration Building. The new 8,600 square feet multi-use building will feature a stage and a kitchen with designated food service and prep areas. The newly imagined kindergarten playground will offer a creative and safe space for outdoor learning and play with climbing structures, slides and a large tricycle loop. This project reflects another meaningful step toward delivering a #PositiveLastingImpact district wide and Aedis takes great pride in continuing to assist Campbell Union School District with its strategic plan-reuse initiative!

Spring fun continues as our Aediseans traded computers for putters at a spirited afternoon of indoor mini golf and games! Team members from our San Jose and Sacramento offices came together at local venues for some friendly competition and lighthearted fun. It was the perfect way to celebrate the value of connection, play, and community. A big thank you to our Aediseans for keeping our team spirit strong!

Aedis is proud to partner with Campbell Union School District in the multi-phase reimagining of Capri Elementary School—a project that goes beyond buildings to invest in the heart of the community: its students, educators, and families. Now under construction, and recently visited by Aediseans at the AMS manufacturing facility, Phase 1 introduces a new 21,120 sf, two-story classroom building designed to support both learning and belonging. Inside, you’ll find: ·        four Campbell Cares classrooms ·        two kindergarten rooms ·        12 general classrooms ·        staff spaces and offices ·        an intervention room ·        inclusive restrooms for students and staff And on the horizon, Phase 2, will bring a new multi-use building, library, and administration hub—spaces where ideas will be shared, support will be centered, and connection will thrive. At every stage, this transformation is driven by thoughtful design, deep collaboration, and a belief that the best school environments don’t just educate—they uplift. The Aedis team joined students, staff, and families in celebrating a significant milestone in the Fremont High School Field House project. Attendees were invited to leave a lasting mark on the project by signing the highest beam before it was ceremoniously lifted into place. Scheduled for completion in late fall, the new 21,000 sf Field House will serve as a state-of-the-art athletic facility. It will feature: -       a gymnasium with seating for approximately 500 spectators -       courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton -       modern weight room and a trainer’s room -       classrooms & offices -       dedicated workshop to support the school’s robotics program Aedis is proud to support Fremont Union High School District in its journey to leave a #PositiveLastingImpact on their community. 

Thomas Downey High School in Modesto, CA, is officially starting construction on its new Athletic Complex — a major investment in student wellness, school spirit, and community pride. Designed to support both athletic performance and event-day experience, the new facility will feature: - A large weight room - Trainer’s room - Athletic Director’s office - Concession stand And beyond the walls: - A new landscaped courtyard + site trees - Relocated scoreboard - Accessibility upgrades - Dual entries to ease crowd flow We’re proud to partner with Modesto City Schools on a project that’s not just functional — it’s future-ready. Golden West Middle School is gearing up for an epic transformation! Travis Unified School District just broke ground on a major campus expansion that will debut by fall 2025. In only five months, we’ll see a refreshed Administration Building alongside five brand-new TimberQuest classroom hubs—built for efficiency, speed, and student success. These innovative spaces embrace biophilic design, featuring exposed wood, abundant natural light, and warm, inspiring interiors. Thoughtfully sited for seamless indoor-outdoor flow, they’ll spark fresh opportunities for collaboration, outdoor learning, and those impromptu “aha!” moments. Additional site enhancements include a generous new shade structure to support outdoor activities and gatherings, along with an expanded parking lot to improve campus access and traffic flow. Together, these upgrades reflect a long-term investment in the student experience—ensuring that Golden West Mustangs return to a modernized, future-ready learning environment designed to serve the community for years to come. #PositiveLastingImpact
