Some of the most dangerous jobs out there are in construction and mining, with workers exposed to tough conditions and high-risk tasks. For example, mining has a fatal injury rate 5x higher than the average across all industries, and in construction a worker dies every 99 minutes in the U.S. alone. Miners and builders work extremely hard to protect their staff, but the tools at their disposal have been limited—items like high visibility clothes and helmets do not address the root of safety risks. We designed AIM to take people out of harm's way and unlock zero-entry sites, where no person is exposed to hazardous environments. With this automated fleet leverage, existing ground staff upskills to manage a higher throughput AI-powered site with maximum safety guarantees.
