Earlier this month, we welcomed nearly 250 new hires – representing all 15 Analysis Group offices – to our annual firmwide orientation in Boston. During the two-day event, attendees gained a deeper understanding of AG and our culture. Highlights included a conversation with CEO Pierre Cremieux, interactive breakouts, a Q&A with senior staff, a reception at View Boston, and two guest speakers: Chaka Booker on receiving feedback and Steven Franconeri on data storytelling. We’re grateful to all our presenters, team leaders, and organizers who made this event possible, and we’re excited to see how our new colleagues grow and contribute across AG! 

This month in Boston, consulting managers and senior data scientists from our East Coast offices participated in productive conversations workshops. These hands on workshops were led by executive coaches and used participants’ real-life experiences to practice strategies for providing constructive feedback and collaborating on case teams.
