This #WorldLungCancerDay, we’re honored to share Terry’s story. A #LungCancer survivor who defied the odds, Terry carved her own path through fear and uncertainty. She found strength, reclaimed joy, and now offers her light to others walking a similar road. At Arcus, we’re motivated by people like Terry to keep pushing for new treatment options and a brighter future for those living with this disease. At Arcus, advancing science to transform the lives of people with cancer is at the core of everything we do, and that mission extends beyond the lab. Arcus’s annual Science Day gives us a chance to open our doors, both virtually and in-person, to the children of our employees. Kids got their hands on colorful chemistry experiments and phenomenal physics activities led by our interns and the Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley, sparking joy and curiosity in these young, bright minds. For those who joined remotely, attendees were given an engaging demo of the phases of solids, liquids, and gases through a series of experiments. Our efforts at Arcus don’t just impact patients – they’re shaping the next generation of STEM leaders, and the future for all of us. 💚🔬✨

We are thrilled to announce the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted Orphan Drug Designation to our investigational small molecule CD73 inhibitor quemliclustat, for the treatment of #PancreaticCancer. This designation indicates the importance of developing new treatment options for this rare disease which has seen few treatment advancements over the past 30 years. We’re excited to share that Arcus has once again been named one of Fortune's 2025 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area™! This marks the third year in a row we’ve been included on the list, and that consistency speaks to our effort in fostering a culture we’re proud of. From day one, we’ve believed that discovering best-in-class therapies to treat cancer starts with a highly effective team, anchored by the ideal of doing the right things for the right reasons. 🧬✨ To everyone who’s been part of our journey: thank you for making Arcus a place where people do their best work. #GPTWCertified #LifeAtArcus

Allan Sison, a father and pediatric oncologist, had spent his career helping children with cancer, but nothing could prepare him for the moment when his young daughter was diagnosed with #ThyroidCancer. Allan coped by running. Step by step, marathon by marathon, he ran through the fear and anxiety, transforming heartbreak into hope. He completed all six World Marathon Majors – not just for himself, but for every child fighting cancer, and for his daughter who gave him strength. As a clinical researcher at Arcus, Allan brings this same compassion and determination to our pursuit of cures for cancer. ➡️ Follow us for more powerful stories like Allan’s. 🔗 Read his full story and see the full #PortrAltsofCancer gallery: https://bit.ly/43WIxj3 #CancerCommunity #CancerAwareness #CancerResearch

The first combination data for casdatifan, our HIF-2a inhibitor for the treatment of #KidneyCancer, were presented today in an oral session at the #ASCO25 Annual Meeting. These data support our rapidly advancing and differentiated development program for casdatifan, which includes the initiation of our Phase 3 trial that will evaluate the same combination.
