Recently, we welcomed the next generation of visionaries, makers, and dreamers to our Corporate Office for our annual Bring Your Child to Work Day - and planted something truly special. Alongside our Co-Founder and CEO, John Reed, the kids rolled up their sleeves to plant two Tulip Trees on our campus. These trees are more than just a beautiful addition - they’re a living symbol of our Arhaus commitment to sustainability, community, and creating a better future for people and planet. Their day didn’t stop there. From designing their own Arhaus chairs with our Industrial Design team, to talking with our Client Services team about caring for our customers, to touring our industry-leading Distribution Center - their curiosity and creativity were on full display. Next in our spotlight on a pair of our talented interns who joined us at Arhaus this summer is Cai McKeever, a Buying Intern and rising senior at the Kent State School of Fashion. During his time at Arhaus, Cai has gained valuable insight into the world of merchandising - contributing to impactful projects and building meaningful relationships across teams. Inspired by Leadership: “Mackenzie Fordyce and Paris Lawrence have been incredible role models. Their guidance, patience, and willingness to share their knowledge have had a lasting impact on me.” Career Growth: This internship has deepened his understanding of product strategy, workplace ethics, and even sparked a growing interest in compliance and law. This week, we’re excited to introduce a pair of our talented interns who’ve joined us at Arhaus this summer. First up is Julianne Zerbini, a Web Sales Intern and rising senior at the Kent State School of Fashion. Julianne has been enhancing the online customer experience by identifying order discrepancies before they impact the guest journey - drawing on sharp attention to detail and newly developed skills in backend sales support. Career Growth: “This internship has helped me build confidence behind the screen, balancing customer communication with thoughtful, accurate solutions.” Fun Fact: She’s visited over half of the U.S. National Parks - and plans to summit Half Dome in Yosemite by age 24! Recently, Arhaus team members had the opportunity to support Advantage CLE Tennis & Education's annual Sports Day - a highlight of their free summer camp for Cleveland youth. It was a day filled with energy, connection, and plenty of fun! Our volunteers led and joined in on a variety of sports and STEM activities, and shared their career journeys with students. The day wrapped up with a spirited (and very competitive!) game of kickball. Yesterday, in honor of Juneteenth, we held celebrations at our Corporate Office to recognize this important moment in history and reflect on the ongoing journey toward equity and freedom. It was a meaningful way to support our community while creating space for connection and reflection across our teams.
