A few months ago, the team at FDE LLC, d/b/a Ashley Northeast came up with a vision to create an elite recognition and competition event for our top performers. A first time ever, art of the possible sales experience that would create a story for years to come. This formed into what was named the "2025 FDE All-Star Weekend." The top 12 Trusted Advisors and the top 4 General Sales Managers from across the entire organization would all be brought together under one roof in a store. A chance to learn from each other to take it to the next level and set records together... This vision came to fruition this past Thursday - Sunday in Carle Place, NY. Thank you to the project team that put this event together, our vendors who sponsored all of the food and prizes for the event, and above all to our All-Stars! Trusted Advisors - Ghassen, Alfredo, Elvyn, Belkis, Mike, Moustafa, Alberto, Trevor, Shernane, Amena, Howard and Alhassan. GSM's - Josean, Jordan, Samantha and Ronnisha. Here is what they accomplished in 4 days: SPG: $682 (22.49% close rate/$3,035 average sale) Comp SPG: +245.62% Comp Sales: +144.39% Sleep: 28.82% Sleep SPG: $197 Protection: 8.31% App to Traffic: 12.72% Congratulations to our winner for the event, Ghassen Belkacem, who wrote $48,333 with a $2,014 SPG, 41.60% sleep, 10.19% protection, 8 splits and 8 finance applications! He won a 4-day, 3-night all-inclusive vacation! Other prizes included awarded included a Tempurpedic Mattress, a Nectar Mattress and Adjustable Base, a Purple Mattress, a Bedgear Bundle and 4 Yankees tickets. This team accomplished this all while having no open book of business in Carle Place, no appointments coming into the event since it wasn't in their home store, and having never worked on Carle Place's sales floor. Imagine what would happen if they knew the floor and had a book of business built up for a few weeks? In addition, they were able to build relationships and an amazing level of camaraderie over many meals and staying at luxury hotel and spa for the weekend.
