🚦 Have you seen Orange County, FL in the news lately? There’s an exciting new project in the works: a pedestrian bridge at the intersection of International Drive and Sand Lake Road, one of the busiest (and trickiest) spots in the region. The concept? A drone-inspired bridge with elevators, staircases, and elevated walkways connecting all four corners of the intersection. Construction is expected to begin in 2027. AVCON is proud to be part of the team that is helping bring this project concept to life. Alongside HHCP, who led the architectural design, AVCON took the lead on management, coordination, structures, and roadway design.
