We’re talking models. 3D models to be exact. There are so many cool things Matt did with this pillar to make it easy to adjust to whatever we want. Our Creative Director from the architecture and design industry made sure to include some entasis to make it more life-like. Entasis is the slight curve along the height of the pillar that increases strength. It also helps combat the optical illusion of pillars appearing skinnier at their middle, especially with strong light like a sunset behind them. 🏛️☀️ Fun example that by adding a curve, it appears straight! Ever ran out of VRAM? If you don’t run out of memory, you’re one lucky individual because you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars buying more GPUs or spend time decimating your work to try to make it fit. We took a different approach in our Zeus GPU. We’re letting you upgrade your memory based on your requirements. So if you don’t need all 384GB right away, you can chill at 128 GB. Or maybe you only need 64GB, we have a card for that, too. We’re making 4 versions of Zeus with different memory capacities. The last 3 digits of our product SKUs are the base memory that GPU comes with. You can expand even further by adding your own DDR5 SODIMMs to our PCIe cards or full size RDIMMs to our 2U server. 1c26-032 up to 160 GB 2c26-064 up to 320 GB 2c26-128 up to 384 GB 4c26-256 (up to 9 TB server form factor only) The film studios, architects, and researchers were especially happy after we shared this design considering one film scene can be hundreds of GB and physics simulations can be TB 🤯 How much memory do you need? We've spoken to thousands of customers and users who lament the time they "spend" waiting for their GPU to finish rendering or simulating. They can't see the output of their work until the GPU is done. We estimate waiting for renders in AEC & content creation industries to cost >$1B annually. This is a core reason why we are committed to improving GPU performance.
