At this year’s Bruderer Tech Xpo, visitors got to experience some of the impressive and innovative advancements in the high-speed stamping industry. One of the demo Bruderer stamping lines on display showcased the ability of a new automated vision system produced by Jenoptik to ensure proper part inspection and quality in a high-speed production line. One of the standout features of the Jenoptik PSS-40 LCLW is the ability to detect and remove faulty parts from the strip, while also being capable of welding the strip back together to ensure a continuous flow of quality parts.
