🚧 Progress Update: Seasons at Elgin 🚧 Construction is moving forward at Seasons at Elgin, a 24 acre ground up multifamily community in Elgin, IL, developed for Fiduciary Real Estate Development in partnership with AG Architecture, Inc. The project includes 14 two story buildings with 280 residential units ranging from studios to three bedroom layouts, along with a community clubhouse. Work across the site continues to advance with interior finishes underway in several buildings, exterior siding and brickwork progressing, and new foundations and framing rising on others.
