From Talent Acquisition in New York to leading the EMEA HR team in London, Sarah’s journey is an inspiring example of what’s possible. Read more about her story below. Sarah Villari, Senior Director Human Resources, has spent 11 years growing her career at Capri, taking on diverse roles across Talent Acquisition, Retail HR, and most recently supporting both retail and corporate teams across North America. Reflecting on her journey, she says, “Always take the opportunity to learn or experience something new – and it is OK to be a little scared (that is what makes it fun). There is always something you don’t know, and knowledge is truly a gift, so say yes, take the chance, embrace the uncertainty, with focus on what you will learn and everything else will follow.” Now, Sarah is stepping into an exciting new chapter, leading the HR team in EMEA for a year to help bring global synergy across North American and EMEA teams. She shares, “The people are what make this such a wonderful place to work, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to build relationships with our broader global teams. On a personal level, I am looking forward to traveling around Europe with my family!” Her growth at Capri has been supported by countless learning opportunities and mentorship. “The sky has truly been the limit in terms of my exposure to various learning and development opportunities, but I have to say I have had the privilege of working alongside and learning from so many talented people throughout my time here, which has greatly contributed to my growth. I have also been supported by an incredible manager and mentor who has been an advocate for me and my career, which I am forever grateful for.” Sarah’s journey is a great example of how Capri invests in its people, creating opportunities to grow, lead, and embrace new challenges. #CapriTalent

At Capri, we are proud to support our working parents through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). In May and June, the Parenthood ERG in APAC hosted two sessions led by professional family coaches for our working parents in Greater China. More than 30 employees participated, sharing personal stories of growth through parenthood and reflecting on the values they wish to pass on to their children. These sessions foster inclusion, belonging, and well-being by providing a meaningful space for reflection on family dynamics and expectations, offering practical tools and insights to strengthen connections and build supportive family relationships. #CapriCommunity
