CCN's Brodie Johnson, Veteran Care Navigator (left), and Katelyn Jax, Peer Services Supervisor (right), joined a range of other agency staff last week at the Vermont State Fair in Rutland to provide information about CCN services, answer questions, chat with fairgoers and maybe enjoy a maple creemee, or two! Thanks to all who stopped by and visited the CCN booth!

Another summer Community Care Network employee picnic in the books! Tons of delicious food, fun conversation and team camaraderie – plus a few corn hole games, made for a great day earlier this week here at CCN. We are grateful for our amazing staff and the impactful work they carry out each and every day in support of those we serve!

The CCN team had a great time joining local residents, first responders and a wide range of amazing community partners in celebration of Rutland’s National Night Out event held this past Tuesday! Thanks to all who stopped by and visited with us! We are proud to be a part of this community celebration year in and year out, one that truly promotes connection and highlights the incredible strength and unity of our community!

CCN's Substance Use Treatment & Recovery services were well represented at last Friday's 4th Annual Substance Use Addiction Summit hosted at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction, VT. Substance Use Disorders staff Jess Daniels - Adult SUD Supervisor, Justin Hofmeister - SUD Counselor, and Andrea Hathaway-Miglorie - SUD Clinician, hosted a CCN-RMHS table and joined over 130 other agencies and organizations in sharing information and resources, and raising awareness about substance use services and issues in Vermont with members of the public and industry professionals!
