The school year has ended with another successful graduation of students from our Hampton site's Future Scientist Initiative. We're excited to congratulate 10 students from Trenton Central High School for graduating from this program, designed to acclimate budding scientists to the world of #biotechnology. From antibody discovery and drug development to clinical science, business development, hands-on lab experiments, patents and marketing, students are exposed to a bit of everything throughout the school year. We're thrilled to send them out on their next journey armed with the foundation and skills to be successful in any area they pursue.

At Celldex, we value giving the next generation of scientists and strategizers opportunities to gain real-world experience and see what it's like to work towards making an impact for patients and families. We're excited to welcome the first half of our new cohort of summer college #interns, where they have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in their areas of interest. They each share more below.

This weekend at #EAACI2025, we were pleased to share data demonstrating barzolvolimab profoundly improves angioedema at 52 weeks in the Phase 2 clinical trial in chronic spontaneous #urticaria (CSU). #Angioedema, characterized by swelling of the deeper dermal layers of the skin and mucous membranes, is a painful, debilitating symptom of CSU that significantly impacts quality of life. It often affects the face, hands, feet, and genitalia. CMO Diane Young shares insight into these data below. Read more on our website. https://lnkd.in/eDqP588Y

We were pleased to present new data at #EAACI2025 demonstrating profound, sustained complete response and improved quality of life at 76 weeks, 7 months after the completion of dosing with barzolvolimab in chronic spontaneous #urticaria (CSU). 41% of patients continue to experience complete response and 48% of patients report that CSU no longer impacts their quality of life. In recent years, Process Development Engineer Angus Riley has partnered with University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) to bring students into our Fall River site. Last week, we were excited to welcome them back! They were able to experience what a typical day at Celldex looks like for various team members and exciting projects they are working on. We love engaging with our local community and highlighting what an impactful career in biotech can look like.

Our Fall River team was excited to welcome Stonehill College chemistry students to our facility to learn about career opportunities in biotech. Team members from across our departments guided students through a “day in the life” experience, explaining their roles, key responsibilities, and exciting aspects of working in biotechnology. We ended the day with a Q&A, allowing students to gain new, valuable insight into the industry. Thank you for joining us, Stonehill!
