Congratulations to Seth Forman, MD, Principal Investigator at CenExel Tampa, for his recent co-authorship in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.   The article, “Efficacy and safety of ruxolitinib cream in children aged 2 to 11 years with atopic dermatitis: Results from TRuE-AD3, a phase 3, randomized double-blind study,” presents important findings on a potential new treatment option for pediatric atopic dermatitis (AD).   Key highlights from the study: • Children treated with ruxolitinib cream showed significantly greater improvements in atopic dermatitis symptoms vs. placebo • Over half (56.5%) of children on the higher dose achieved treatment success by Week 8 • Improvements were also observed in itch relief and quality of life • Safety profile was consistent with results seen in adults and adolescents   Pediatric dermatology research is critical to expanding treatment options for children living with chronic conditions like AD, and CenExel is proud to contribute to advancing this work.   Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gn6kXMEV   #ClinicalTrials #MedicalResearch #Dermatology #AtopicDermatitis #PediatricResearch #JournalPublication #ClinicalResearchExcellence

Their publication, “Safety and Efficacy of the NMDA-2b-Selective Negative Allosteric Modulator BI 1569912: A Phase Ib Randomized Trial in Major Depressive Disorder,” highlights important findings from a Phase Ib study evaluating a novel treatment approach for major depressive disorder (MDD).
