  • 🏅 High Honors for Stroke Care at CMMC 🏅 CMMC has earned the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines®–Stroke GOLD PLUS Achievement Award, with additional recognition on the Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll. 💛🩺 The Gold Plus designation highlights our dedication to providing evidence-based, timely stroke care — especially for patients with diabetes, who face a higher risk of stroke. To achieve this recognition, hospitals must demonstrate consistent excellence in treatment and outcomes over a two-year period. This honor reflects the commitment of our Primary Stroke Unit and care teams to delivering exceptional stroke care every day, while also addressing the critical link between stroke and diabetes. 👏 Congratulations to our team for this well-deserved achievement and for making a lasting difference in the health of our community. ❤️ #CMMC #StrokeCare #AmericanHeartAssociation #GoldPlus #WhereYouAreAtTheCenter #StrokeAwareness #DiabetesCare
