What's summer without a cookout and bags tournament? We took time this week to celebrate the incredible efforts of our employees and summer interns with a picnic at our global headquarters. From bratwurst and burgers to macaroni and cheese and sweet treats, the menu was packed with barbecue favorites! The event wrapped up with our semi-final and final bags league tournament games! To conclude a hardworking and inspiring summer, today interns from our global headquarters, Weasler Engineering and Gits Mfg. presented their final reports. These presentations showcased the incredible projects they’ve worked on and the valuable lessons learned throughout their internship experience. We kicked off a pilot program with our U.S. interns this week. Seven U.S. interns attended our first weekly learning series designed to offer insight into different CentroMotion leadership roles. During each program, leaders share their professional background, as well as career advice and lessons learned. Interns also have an opportunity talk with leaders on a more personal level.
