As part of the proposed redevelopment of the City Hall campus, several of the existing recreation features, including the skate park, tennis courts, and softball fields, will be relocated to other parks across the City. Throughout this process, we have listened to residents' feedback on the importance of these amenities and are committed to significantly improving them to create more modern, accessible, and better-equipped spaces that are centrally located. In addition to relocating these amenities, the proposed redevelopment includes better activated green spaces and park land, a brand-new community center and conceptual features like a modern playground, two neighborhood tennis courts and basketball courts, enhanced tree canopy, and welcoming spaces for residents of all ages to enjoy. Together, these improvements represent a long-term investment in recreation that meets the needs of our growing, active city. https://lnkd.in/gb5w6u2h
