Join CHFA in partnership with JMF Community Mashup to learn about mortgage products, down payment assistance programs, and how to identify predatory lending. Congratulations to St. Brigit’s Episcopal Church, Jon Peterson, and everyone who took part in Tuesday’s grand opening celebration for Brigit’s Village in Frederick. The development includes 40 affordable apartments and is the first development in Frederick to be supported by Housing Tax Credits.

Congratulations to MGL Partners and everyone who took part in yesterday’s groundbreaking celebration for Iliff Apartments in Denver. Upon completion, the development will include 50 affordable apartments serving adults aged 62 and older in southeast Denver’s University Hills neighborhood with incomes from 30 percent to 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).
