She brought with her a vase of flowers, not just as a gesture, but as a symbol. A reminder that when we work together with empathy and purpose, we’re not just building partnerships, we’re planting roots that support the people we collectively care for. Last week at Complete Care at #FoxHill, we opened our doors for a special behind-the-scenes experience—the Dusty Boots tours. It was an exciting opportunity to invite our valued partners to see firsthand the transformation taking place at our facility. As the renovations unfolded, we wanted to make sure every detail truly reflected meaningful care. To help with this, our Clinical Liaison Michelle DiCicco led a tour with five exceptional case managers—MARICHU CONEJOS, Krystine Oliveira, Irene Obeng-Asiedu, and Jane Jaksic-Thomson. Together, they explored the evolving spaces, sharing honest feedback and insights that would help us better serve those in our care. The response was incredible. Their thoughtful input deepened our vision and strengthened the connection between our renovation plans and the real-life impact on care.
