Exciting changes are taking root along the Gowanus Canal 🌱 Domain's newly opened #420Carroll is more than just a residential project — it’s a mixed-use destination on a once-industrial stretch of the canal, now home to public green space, waterfront retail, and a new location of The Shop Workspace, a creative coworking, flexible workspace, and artist studio hub. In partnership with Arts Gowanus, The Shop Brooklyn features seven waterfront studios offered to local artists — many through fellowships — bringing art, energy, and accessibility to Gowanus’s evolving creative landscape.
