Their inventive ideas--ranging from AI innovations to ambitious plans for global expansion--not only opened clear paths for growth and career exploration, but also challenged our thinking. "This gave interns the chance to share their work in person, build relationships across the business, and inspire our teams with bold thinking--and ensure their ideas weren’t just heard, but considered at the highest level," said Ariana Katsigiannis Zarifis, Senior Manager, Employee Experience. We believe it’s important to invest in talent early and show our interns they are valued contributors. As our interns step up and learn, we step back—watching, listening and learning alongside them. “This summer proved that when you give interns real responsibility, real visibility and real access, they deliver beyond expectations. This is your reminder for self-care. 💆♀️ 🛁 ✨ 🌿 National Wellness Month is coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean putting aside regular R&R. It’s important to keep well-being a priority year-round--and it’s much easier to practice than you think. In that spirit, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the importance of self-care, even beyond the month of August.   We consulted our in-house experts at Well People, a brand that believes all people can be well people, for some easy tips to wind down after a busy work week. 🧘♂️ Sasha Clancy McQueen, Well People’s Marketing Director, always books herself a “Friday nature recharge.” “I love wrapping up the work week, getting out in nature--I’m never without my Well People Daygleamer Mineral Sunscreen Serum--and hitting a local trail or hike,” she said. 🌳 “Bonus points if it’s also time to connect with a friend IRL or on the phone. You can always get back on track. “Everything is an ever-evolving practice and every day that doesn’t go to plan--because with two young kids, what could possibly go to plan,” she said. “You have tomorrow to try again!”
