EAC Network’s Opioid Overdose Prevention Program (OOPP), in partnership with the NYC Department of Health, brings life-saving tools and resources to expand harm reduction and overdose prevention education across NYC. For children navigating the uncertainty of family court, this gift is more than sneakers. It’s a reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
