June just started, and it’s already been a big month at NAYA. We opened two new locations: 500 Boylston in Boston and 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. 💚 Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen, and to our incredible team for showing up with energy and care every step of the way. We’re excited to introduce NAYA’s first-ever curated bowl: the Roasted Lemon Chicken Salad 🍋 This bowl marks a new chapter of culinary creativity at NAYA, and we couldn’t be more proud. Huge thanks to our incredible team, our partners at New York Shuk and everyone who brought this to life — from kitchen to concept. The bowl features tender chicken marinated in warm spices with New York Shuk preserved lemon and roasted to perfection. It’s served over arcadian mixed greens with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, cucumber-yogurt sauce, sumac onions, and crumbled feta — finished with a lemon wedge and our brand-new Pomegranate Tahini Sauce.
