About us
Ed Carpenter Racing (ECR) first entered the NTT INDYCAR SERIES in 2012. The Indianapolis-based race team has proven its versatility by collecting eight wins across each type of track the series competes on – street and road courses, short ovals and speedways. ECR is led by IndyCar’s only team owner/driver, Ed Carpenter, three-time pole winner for the Indianapolis 500 (2013, 2014 and 2018). The 2025 season will see Carpenter compete in the 109th Running of the Indianapolis 500. The 2025 season will see Alexander Rossi in the No. 20 Chevrolet as he joins the team alongside returning Christian Rasmussen in the No. 21 Chevrolet.

Heartland Food Products Group says its Java House coffee brand has seen major sales gains this year as it became a sponsor in IndyCar with Ed Carpenter Racing, including a massive 600% YOY leap in direct-to-consumer sales on JavaHouse.com and nine different weekly sales records recorded on the website and its Amazon storefront. ➡️ The company says about 70% of new transactions have been from first-time buyers. ➡️ Heartland owner Teodor Gelov became an investor in ECR this year. ➡️ Java House is also sponsoring this weekend's NTT IndyCar Series race at Laguna Seca, and festivities will include a fanzone experiential activation with a driver appearance, free samples, an espresso martini happy hour, the chance to win 100 ECR jackets, show car appearances, and teaming up with 20 local bars and restaurants to serve its espresso martini mix at those establishments.
