#FunFact: Many of us here at Eleos talk about this being one of the best places we’ve ever worked. Interview candidates often raise eyebrows when we say it — probably thinking, “Yeah, right.” But it’s true — and not just because the mission is amazing, the work is fulfilling, and the growth potential is *real.* But because when we asked for literal office pics in Slack at 11:08 on a Friday morning, the team *delivered* in a big way. As a fully remote U.S. team, you might think the culture would suffer — that folks might feel alone. We can affirm the complete opposite is true. The connection we feel is real, expressed through fun hobby channels — like our new Peloton channel, where we swap stories of which instructors to avoid (all the way down to which outfits to stay away from...thank you, Larry) — and share sweet personal messages. We know it sounds cheesy, but we don’t care. We love working at Eleos. So, peep our office setups — unfiltered and unedited — and get to know us a little bit better. 🫶 #OfficeLife #HumansOfEleos #YouCareWeCare

In a time of shrinking budgets and soaring demand, GULF COAST CENTER CEO Felicia Jeffery is proving that the right AI solution — backed by the right partner — can help behavioral health organizations do more with less, without sacrificing care quality or clinician well-being. That’s right, the key to doing more with less — something you’ve been hearing from every corner of the market — is embracing the right tech at the right moment. The moment in question is now. And the tech is AI. As Eleos CEO Alon Joffe said in the recent webinar he co-hosted with Felicia, “The mother of all innovation is necessity. When the pressure is up, it’s time to act.” That means: - Embracing change and leading from the top - Not being afraid to make mistakes - Underpromising and overdelivering But what about results? That’s the truly amazing thing. The results realized by Gulf Coast color in the rest of the picture. 🎨 👉 8x financial ROI 👉 VOI that can’t always be measured in dollars 👉 A deep partnership that continues to spur innovation and communication Now.✔️ AI. ✔️ Leadership. ✔️ Results. ✔️ Learn more at the 🔗 in comments. #OnTheBlog #AIForGood #ROIofAI

Sound the alarm! 🚨 Eleos CEO Alon Joffe has hit the podcast circuit once more! This time he stopped by the Healthcare Trailblazers Podcast to chat about all things Eleos, behavioral health AI, and what the future holds for all of us. In this clip, he speaks specifically to the differences between the health system market and the post-acute, behavioral health market — and how those differences shape what we do at Eleos. Because to the average consumer, one market may seem a lot like another — but in reality, the differences are massive. #TuesdayTip: The standards for clinical AI must be higher than what you’d accept from a standard chatbot. Whether you’re using it for play or work, genAI is just that: generalized generative AI. Sure, it can help write emails or find a dinner recipe. But does it know the difference between evidence-based techniques, can it find the golden thread, and does it have key safeguards in place to prevent you from — accidentally — completely overwriting the system? The answers to these questions don’t have to be scary — or long-winded. In fact, finding out which clinical tools are legit is easier than you think. Just look for the clinical validation. Look deeper than the marketing, and identify if the below levers switch up or down. 1. Is it trained using behavioral health data? In behavioral health, specifically, general AI would be hard-pressed to detect, understand, and interpret the clinical context of a therapy session. General AI can process the words your clients say, but it may fail to capture the underlying clinical or emotional significance. Discerning the emotional undercurrents in seemingly mundane dialogue is a learned skill — one that general AI simply can’t perform. Unlike general conversation, therapeutic dialogue led by a trained behavioral health provider is often laced with clinical terms and phrases that carry certain meanings in a mental health context. General AI is not trained in this lexicon, so there’s a good chance it will misinterpret the words and miss the true meaning of them. 2. Were human behavioral health experts involved in developing the AI? Technologists alone cannot create behavioral health-specific AI — full stop. To train the AI for behavioral health tasks — and to fine-tune and validate the models — skilled clinical teams absolutely must be involved. Clinical experts should be involved in the development process from the get-go, shaping the AI tool with their unmatched understanding of therapeutic processes, patient behaviors, and clinical nuances. These experts should come from a diverse set of backgrounds and specialties, covering everything from community mental health to field-based case management to private practice. That way, they can make sure the tool delivers accurate output in a variety of care settings and scenarios. So, what’s the bottom line? The unique challenges of behavioral health documentation demand a system trained on behavioral health datasets, fine-tuned and validated by clinical experts, and capable of continuous learning and adaptation. This specialized approach is not just about technological innovation; it’s about creating a tool that truly understands and supports the intricacies of behavioral health care. And as you evaluate an AI solution, you must ask yourself — and potential vendor-partners — these deep clinical questions so you end up with the best scenario possible. #TuesdayTips #BehavioralHealth AI #ClinicalTeamsMatter

ICYMI: Last week Eleos CEO Alon Joffe hosted GULF COAST CENTER CEO Felicia Jeffery for a hotter-than-heat-dome-hot summer webinar on the ROI of AI in behavioral health. Per usual, Felicia dropped the mic multiple times with her insights — and her actionable tips for achieving the best ROI and VOI with an AI solution. 🫳🎤 Here’s a sample of what she had to say: “When you cut funding, you’re also cutting services. So we had to find ways to keep services on the ground without breaking our people.” “When I went to my board, I didn’t promise increased productivity or big dollar savings. I told them we had a workforce shortage, and the top reason was work-life balance. I told them we needed to reduce the stress of documentation, and it was going to cost us. But I knew it would pay off.” Ready to hear the rest (including how much it eventually DID pay off in the form of an 8X return on investment 👀)? • Do you remember the AT&T commercials with the kids in the library (I think it was a library 🤔), talking about how one laser does, “Ok, a little bit of damage. But *two* lasers….” Anyone? Just me? Alright, well, the point was that two is better than one — and whether it’s lasers or hot new media sightings of us, we couldn’t agree more. 😎 So without further ado or reference to 10+ year old commercials 😬 I present two recent #InThePress mentions of Eleos! 📰 First up, an appearance in Forbes repping #AIForGood 💪 → https://lnkd.in/gME79AZb The article touches on this excellent question, “Can AI be a force for good in accessing services for those often left behind—and for the professionals who serve them? And, are we using it the right way?” 👀 Hint, hint, we say, “YES!” 📰 Next, a reference to us in a CBS affiliate piece → https://lnkd.in/gkx6iukP This article speaks to the epic work being done by Trilogy — and their amazing new South Side location. We call ourselves lucky to be partners with such a great org, and know you will continue to do amazing work in your community! Keep checking in on Wednesdays, because we just keep making the news. 😎 #InTheNews #EleosPress #EleosIsFamous
