🌱 In a new analysis examining the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and a recent Environmental Protection Agency proposal, we reveal how producers and U.S. agriculture can benefit from strong federal support of domestic biofuel production in the coming years. "As policy clarity takes hold and the biofuel industry accelerates production, farmers who act early by knowing their carbon-intensity scores; staying informed with Treasury, IRS, EPA and USDA final decisions; and collaborating with local grain and oilseed processors will be best positioned to capture value in this dynamic biofuel era," states our grain and oilseed analyst, Bree Baatz, MBA. The infographic below highlights key policy shifts discussed in Bree's report. 🔗 Read the full analysis on our website: https://lnkd.in/euZ2jQKu #AgPolicy #Biofuels #ClimateSmartAg #USAgriculture #Soybeans #CornGrowers #Biodiesel #Ethanol #OBBBA

It makes sense why "stagflation" is making the headlines these days: Subdued economic growth + high inflation + high interest rates is pressuring consumers as well as the agricultural sector. For many seasoned farmers, this brings up memories of the 1980s farm crisis. However, a repeat of the 1973-1982 stagflation era is unlikely, according to a new report by our analysts Matt Clark and Matt Erickson. This week, Matt Erickson joined the Fielding Questions podcast to spell out some of the differences between the economic hardships we're experiencing now versus what defined the stagflation period of 1973-1982. ▶️ Listen below as he explains the term. 👇 #Agriculture #Stagflation #AgEconomy #Farming AgCountry Farm Credit Services Red River Farm Network
