The Trump administration is working hard to shape the future of surface transportation for American people. U.S. Department of Transportation Deputy Secretary Steven Bradbury, Senior Advisor Sean McMaster, and other USDOT officials met with private industry stakeholders to hear feedback on how USDOT and FHWA can best boost private investment in America’s transportation system. The group discussed innovative solutions to deliver projects faster, more efficiently and at a lower cost through using innovative financing tools, increasing private investment, strengthening public-private partnerships, and more. The ideas discussed today will help inform the next surface transportation reauthorization bill. #AmericaIsBuildingAgain
