We’re beyond thrilled that our San Mateo Science Center project received the Jury’s Choice award at IIDA’s 2025 Honor Awards! Thank you to Longfellow Real Estate Partners for trusting us with bringing this amenity space to life and for their continued partnership. Our team is extremely proud of the passion and dedication that went into this sophisticated, hospitality-driven space and thoroughly enjoyed designing the various custom pieces and curating all the décor, like the vintage Czech clock from a Prague flea market! It’s truly an honor to be among such outstanding design talent. Congratulations to all other winners and nominees! Thank you to IIDA Northern California for this recognition and for continuing to celebrate excellence in design. Last week, the Longfellow Real Estate Partners team had the pleasure to attending the 11th Annual Best of the Bay Awards, hosted by NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area! Longfellow's San Mateo Science Center amenities project was named as a finalist for the awards, helping showcase remarkable transformation of the physical onsite changes that include a completely renovated café, collaborative lounge with training and conference spaces, outdoor patio area, an expanded fitness center with showers and lockers, indoor bicycle storage, EV charging stations, and much more. Longfellow is especially grateful for our partnerships with our architect (HOK), interior designer (FORGE), and general contractor (Truebeck Construction) - San Mateo Science Center would never have been realized without the outstanding vision and collaborative efforts of these teams!
