FP&C Consultants offers life safety and building code consulting and fire protection engineering. Since its inception over 35 years ago, FP&C has been involved in thousands of challenging projects including all building types: Assembly, Business, Educational, Industrial, Residential, and Special Hazards. We know and understand the principals, applications, and historical development of building and fire codes for each type of facility. We assist in obtaining building permits and certificates of occupancy, resolve building and fire code issues, respond to fire marshal inspection comments, and create safe layouts and exit route arrangements. Our staff experience and office collaboration allow us to uncover the best ideas to address the problem at hand, and we can resolve virtually any fire protection or life safety challenge. FP&C Consultants focuses on the human factor which inspires us to be exceptional.
