But let’s be clear, renters still crave a personalized experience. Renters want tech that enhances, not replaces, the human touch. And the onsite team wants job security. Luckily, you can give both. I’m Cory, a Regional Director at Gallery Residential. At Gallery, we strike the perfect balance between authenticity and AI. Let me share how. At NAA, I was reminded that burnout and tech fatigue are real for our onsite teams. They’re juggling a lot. In my experience, the best supplier relationships come from partners who get this reality and who design solutions with empathy. That’s why at Gallery, we intentionally partner with companies like Nurture Boss.
