We Are Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through programs from coast to coast, Girl Scouts of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges—whether they want to climb to the top of a tree or the top of their class, lace up their boots for a hike or advocate for climate justice, or make their first best friends. Backed by trusted adult volunteers, mentors, and millions of alums, Girl Scouts lead the way as they find their voices and make changes that affect the issues most important to them. Girl Scout Allisa is stitching her way to success—literally by running her own crochet business! 🧶 She’s been a Girl Scout since kindergarten and is heading into the 8th grade with top-notch entrepreneurship! From creating eye-catching displays, to managing money and connecting with customers, Allisa is using all the skills she’s picked up along the way. 💼 “Girl Scouts has taught me persistence,” she says. “If a craft market doesn’t go as well as I hoped, I can still recover and try again.” 💪 Way to go, Allisa and what an amazing display of creativity and hustle! 💚 @gssem

This is your sign to absolutely post your Girl Scout's big win on LinkedIn. 💚 Mariana’s using her Gold Award to raise awareness for dyslexia—and we couldn’t be prouder. 👏 @gswcf #gsGoldAward #Leadership #GirlScouts
This morning, my daughter Mariana Gillen-Sánchez was featured on CBS Channel 10 to share her story and raise awareness about the early signs of dyslexia in young children. The interview spotlighted her Girl Scout Gold Award project, which focused on educating parents and teachers, hosting informational sessions, and helping provide early screenings for children who learn differently. Dyslexia has been her greatest challenge—but she’s turned it into her superpower. She’s using her voice to make a real impact and be an example for other children navigating similar paths. Grateful to everyone who helped make this possible, especially Jill Painter, Mary Pat King, CAE, and the team at Girl Scouts of West Central Florida. #GoldAwardGirlScout #DyslexiaAwareness #SignsOfDyslexia #DyslexiaIsMySuperpower #GirlScouts #LeadershipInAction

This is what future-ready leadership looks like. 💚 From building confidence to driving community change, Girl Scouts like Lola are developing the skills that matter—right now. #GirlScouts #FutureReady #LeadershipInAction
✨ After 13 unforgettable years, I’ve officially bridged from Girl Scouts of the USA to adulthood! ✨ What began in 2012 as a Daisy in Troop 60821 has grown into a life-changing journey filled with leadership, service, and sisterhood. I’m proud to share that I ended my time as a youth member in 2025 as Girl Scout of the Year — a full-circle moment I’ll never forget. Earning my Gold Award several years ago sparked my passion for activism and advocacy, and Girl Scouts gave me the confidence and courage to find my voice and use it. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible leaders, volunteers, and sponsors of Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast who make this program possible. Your time and dedication have made a lasting impact on me and so many others. To anyone wondering if Girl Scouts is worth the investment — whether for your daughter, your time, or your support — I can say with certainty: it absolutely is. 💚 Here’s to the next chapter — with courage, confidence, and character. 🌟 #GirlScouts #GoldAward #Leadership #YouthEmpowerment #ThankYouGSCCC #BridgeToAdulting

I want to introduce everyone to Rayna Jellish. Rayna is a Senior at Mukwonago High School and a Girl Scout. A year ago, Rayna reached out to me to help her with her Gold Award project on Unconscious Bias. I'm happy to announce she has completed her project and received her Gold Award this week. The Girl Scout Gold Award, is the highest award a Girl Scout can earn, recognizing significant contributions to their community or the world. I was honored to be there. She is a force. Go forth and set the world ablaze. Give her project a follow on Instagram: ub_aware or check out her website: ubaware.org. Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast
