Goodwin Living Is Growing to Meet the Moment With demand for senior living on the rise, we’re excited to announce plans for Goodwin House Seminary Road, a new life plan community approved by the City of Alexandria, Virginia Council. Opening in 2029, this will be our first new senior living community since 1987.
