With an extensive background in Medicare risk adjustment - as a coder, auditor, and educator - Ellie brings a wealth of expertise and heart to our team. When asked what drew her to Greenbrook, Ellie shared that it was the chance to make a tangible impact through her work and to be part of a team united by a passion for quality, accessible healthcare. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her role? Mentoring and developing her team of coders. “Helping them grow and learn not only enhances our team’s capabilities but also contributes to our collective success,” she says. Outside of work, Ellie finds balance and renewal by spending time outdoors - whether she’s traveling, fishing, gardening, or simply soaking in nature. If she weren’t in healthcare, she imagines herself as a national park tour guide, immersed in the beauty and adventure of the natural world each day. At the heart of everything she does are her granddaughters, who inspire her to lead by example and instill the values that will help them grow into strong, confident women.
