💡 Will AI be good for women’s health? Only if we train it on the right data. For too long, medicine treated men as the default, excluding women from trials and building generations of biased health data. Now, AI risks repeating those mistakes at scale. But not if these women have anything to say about it. 🎤 Our CEO and co-founder Maayan Cohen is in the running to speak at #SXSW2025 on "Closing the Gender Gap in Health AI" with inspiring leaders including Kathrin Folkendt, Kathleen Jordan, MD and Richa Gujarati. 🗳️ Help us bring this conversation to the stage! 👉 Vote now in SXSW PanelPicker: https://lnkd.in/eYbnKhbs #AI #WomensHealth #HealthTech #SXSW #HeartHealth #BiasInAI

There’s a lot of talk about AI in marketing and health these days. How it’s going to replace people (and doctors 🩺). How robots will write everything (including scripts 📝). How we’ll lose our voice (and our humanity) to overly polished ChatGPT-speak. We should be worried. But here’s something small to celebrate. At the start of the year, I asked everyone on the marketing team to set an intention: What’s one thing you want to accomplish in 2025 that would make you proud to look back on? Mine: create a heart ❤️ health education series in video 🎥 form. Because before people take action on their health, they need context. Not just numbers. Not just tips. Real understanding. So during lunch breaks and between Zoom calls, I started scripting—with the help of my best editor, #ChatGPT. And here’s the first video. It’s clear, visual, and made by humans with a little 🤖robot help. And just like the rest of the series, it’ll be free and publicly available. Because at Hello Heart, we don’t believe in gatekeeping knowledge. Here’s to better heart health—made easier to understand. More coming soon. 🫀 Thank you to the team that pulled it together. You're irreplaceable—like ChatGPT. Jayne Morgan, M.D. Edo Paz Nelson Fernandez Nicole McAllister Jules Konig #HelloHeart #HealthEducation

🫀 Digital heart health company Hello Heart has published a peer-reviewed study showing significant #bloodpressure reductions among women during and after #menopause using its mobile health program. The research, published in the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology, analyzed data from more than 48,000 participants. The study examined participants enrolled in Hello Heart’s program between July 2015 and September 2023, with 55% of participants being women. Women using the program experienced greater blood pressure reductions than men, even after adjusting for age, medication use, and other factors. 💡 💬 "We need to think of menopause as a window of opportunity when it comes to heart health and get proactive about helping women understand their risk and take action." 📣 Today, we're proud to share findings from one of the largest ever studies of digital health's impact on heart health during menopause. 🫶 The peer-reviewed study in the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology found: ✨ Both women and men using Hello Heart experienced meaningful blood pressure reductions, but women saw even greater improvements — even after adjusting for age, medication use, and more. ✨ Women in menopause achieved blood pressure improvements on par with their premenopausal peers, despite starting at higher risk. ✨ Hello Heart members with very high blood pressure (≥140 mmHg) experienced sustained drops over 12 months. And women in this high-risk group lowered their numbers more than matched men. Thank you to the phenomenal co-authors who contributed to this research, including Jayne Morgan, M.D., Dr. Martha Gulati, Erin D. Michos, MD, MHS, Dr. Elizabeth Ofili & more❣️ Learn more in the press release 👉 https://lnkd.in/eWUDsifU And read the study here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eCXVgZCv #HeartHealth #WomensHeartHealth #Menopause #LongLiveWomen
