Guests were treated to exclusive tours of the beautifully redesigned suites and public spaces, followed by an evening of lively music, delicious cuisine, and vibrant conversation. We are so proud of Tiffany Fry and the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Champaign/Urbana team for receiving the Citizen Commendation Award from the University of IL Divison of Public Safety. This award was given to the team for their exceptional support of the University Police and campus community, specifically citing their kindness and compassion when welcoming an unhoused member of the community with dignity and respect after he was turned away elsewhere. The hotel has consistently supported the department by offering rooms to officers during sever weather and making them feel welcomed at the facility. Their ongoing partnership and commitment to service make them truly deserving.

Congratulations to the amazing leadership and team at the Residence Inn Bloomington for winning the 2024 Most Improved Intent to Recommend Award to be awarded at the Marriott Conference in Nashville later this month. We couldn't be more proud of Tammy and her team!

The Residence Inn Milwaukee West proudly displayed the Hotel of the Year award for the year. Once another leader and their team win the award, the pineapple travels to their location for the year, but the past winning hotel receives a keepsake reminder of their amazing hard work.
