Today Avolta published the company’s results for the first half of 2025. In North America, we are proud of our numerous new contracts and openings in the first half, and having celebrated receiving prestigious awards that emphasize our industry leadership in travel retail.   Highlights include:   ✈️ We announced a new contract at JFK Terminal 5 to open a New York City-inspired travel convenience store and T5’s first immersive video gaming lounge, Gameway (Airport), and one to grow our footprint at Omaha Eppley Airfield through a unique lineup of specialty retail shops that will bring Omaha’s spirit to life. 📱 The Moodie Davitt Report recognized Club Avolta as the “Airport Food & Beverage Digital Initiative of the Year” at the The Airport F&B + Hospitality Conference & Awards (FAB), demonstrating the app’s value proposition for travelers and our airport partners. 🏆 Airports Council International - North America awarded our Moose Knuckles Canada boutique at Toronto Pearson the coveted title of “Best New Retail Concept” during the 2025 Excellence in Airport Concessions Awards for bringing a fresh, premium brand emblematic of modern Canada to elevate Dufry’s duty-free shopping experience. 🍽️ We opened new restaurants in markets throughout the U.S. and Canada!   We extend our gratitude to our thousands of team members throughout the U.S. and Canada, who go above and beyond for travelers every day, and to our airport partners for their continued collaboration to make the journey as exciting as the destination for passengers.

We're sharing a look behind-the-scenes from our 2024 Avolta Hall of Fame celebration! 👀 🎉 Our winners from across the U.S. and Canada arrived in a limo and were welcomed by our North America President & CEO Steven Johnson along with our executive team. As they walked the red carpet, dozens more excited team members based at our North America Support Center in Maryland gave them a deserving standing ovation for all they've accomplished. And there were countless more colleagues cheering them on from travel venues near and far during the livestreamed event. Congratulations again to our 2024 Avolta Hall of Fame inductees from Hudson, HMSHost, and Dufry! Every day, you put the traveler and each other at the center of all you do — and we thank you.

Travelers to Denver International Airport - City & County of Denver Dept of Aviation are in for a treat with the opening of our two new stores—Greetings from Colorado and Outwest. Greetings from Colorado is a one-stop shop for all things Centennial State, while Outwest allows travelers to discover the spirit of the Rocky Mountains.   Travelers can now take a piece of the region back home with them, including locally made treasures like artisan-crafted jewelry; unique souvenirs and keepsakes; and cozy apparel—all of which captures the essence of the American West.   Thank you to Denver International Airport for our continued collaboration to bring a strong sense of place to travelers!

This week, we joined Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) in New Orleans to celebrate the 40th annual AMAC Airport Business Conference. For decades, the event has championed advocacy, education, and networking, creating endless opportunities for AMAC members to shape the aviation industry.   This year's theme, "Honoring Our Past, Forging Our Future," was particularly special as AMAC recognized those who have played a pivotal role in the organization through the years and those committed to its future. It was a chance to celebrate not only our many long-time partners in attendance, but also our colleagues who have demonstrated their leadership within AMAC.   Please join us in congratulating Vice President of Business Development and member of AMAC's Board of Directors Bridget Biagas, honored with three prestigious awards: AMAC's Advocate of the Year Award, the President & CEO Award, and a Women in Aviation Trailblazer.   AMAC also celebrated Shelby M.
