Today, we celebrate the remarkable career of Collette Gray as she retires as President and CEO of Integral Senior Living, marking more than 30 years of impactful leadership in senior living. Collette built a culture where associates thrive, residents feel at home, and purpose drives every day. Her legacy is one of empowerment, heart, and lasting impact. Collette also played a vital role in the successful integration of ISL with Discovery Senior Living, helping create the largest privately held senior living operator in the U.S. She has been recognized as a McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor inductee (2023), 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award honoree, and has served as a longtime Argentum Board member and co-founder of the Women in Leadership Committee. As she enters retirement, we thank Collette for her vision, compassion, and dedication to changing lives. Her influence will continue to shape our industry for years to come.
