The ICN Merger Working Group (MWG) continues to advance the best practices in merger review. How have competition agencies advanced in their advocacy strategies with the Judiciary sector?   The ICN Advocacy Working Group (AWG) conducted a survey to explore the state of the relationship between competition authorities and the Judiciary and what developments have been made regarding advocacy strategies aimed at this key stakeholder. Key findings include:   ✔️ The level of maturity of a competition agency is a factor that has a material impact on the quality of their relationship with the Judiciary.
