Recently, I appeared before the Whitemarsh Township Zoning Hearing Board and obtained a use variance for a building located in a "Modified Campus-Type Limited Industrial District" which allowed my client to rent space to Christ Life Church for their new home in Plymouth Meeting. Last night was the 15th Anniversary of the StoneRose Restaurant in Conshohocken. I cannot tell you how proud I am of Brian and Christina Pieri and their whole team. Brian and I grew up together riding bikes, playing sports and trading baseball cards. He then became my first "real" client handling his business, real estate and liquor license legal needs. It has been an amazing ride ever since, from Rosie to Bar Lucca to Cerdo/Bar Cera, the Farm, the Winery and (soon) the wine garden/recreation venue in Conshy. You never know where life will lead.
