This #NationalInternDay, I reflect on starting my journey at Logitech as a Finance intern. I had the privilege of working with wonderful, passionate and supportive people and being given exciting and challenging assignments. That experience led me to return to Logitech, and 24 years later, I'm now the Head of People and Culture! I truly appreciate the energy, enthusiasm and fresh thinking our Logitech interns across the world bring today—they are our future. I encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on your own early career experience. What did your first internship teach you? Who gave you a shot, and how did that shape your path? Q1 FY26 marked a strong start to the fiscal year, showcasing Logitech’s resilience and ability to execute in a challenging environment. Net sales grew by 5% year over year, and non-GAAP operating income increased by 11%, reflecting disciplined cost management and operational excellence. Superior innovation remains at the center of our strategy. This quarter, we launched key products across categories, including the G522 Wireless Gaming Headset, Flip Folio for iPad Pro and Air, and Logitech Muse for Apple Vision Pro, advancing our offerings across gaming, productivity, and spatial computing. We also continued to accelerate momentum in B2B, execute with excellence across all regions, and further diversify our global manufacturing footprint. Yesterday, our Swiss Spring 2025 Engineering & Design interns from EPFL, Rubika and UTBM met with CEO Hanneke Faber at the Logitech office in Lausanne. Our "Design for Sustainability Content Series" on Instagram has wrapped, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work it highlighted. This campaign showcased the obsession, teamwork, and dedication it takes to bring more sustainable choices to our users. Designing for sustainability is central to our commitment to designing a postive future.
