LPeople: Meet Mandy Ham—National Anthem Singer & Order Fulfillment Specialist 🎶 At LP, Mandy Ham ensures smooth order processing and strong customer support. But off the clock, she’s hitting all the right notes—literally. For 11 seasons, Mandy has sung the national anthem for the Nashville Sounds, a Triple-A minor league baseball team. As a lifelong music lover, she auditioned in 2014, and the rest is history. Last month, Mandy performed the anthem at our 2025 Family Night at the ballpark—with her LP Nashville teammates cheering her on from the stands. “Even though I’ve performed the anthem a number of times, it’s still a big moment, and having my coworkers in the crowd made it feel a bit more personal,” said Mandy. “My team is honestly the best, and their support made it such a fun and memorable experience.” We’re proud of Mandy for sharing her love of music with both the ballpark and her LP family! #LifeAtLP #LPeople

The LP Foundation is proud to support the causes our team members are passionate about. Through our Board Service Grants program, we donate $1,000 annually to eligible nonprofits where our team members serve on the Board of Directors—amplifying their personal impact in the community. One inspiring example is LP Nashville Auditor Gentiana Shabani, who serves on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Bowling Green/Warren County. This incredible organization builds strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing for families in South-Central Kentucky. LP Two Harbors recently opened its doors to the community for an open house—celebrating 40 years of excellence! The team welcomed guests with tours and a behind-the-scenes look at what makes LP Two Harbors so special. As one of LP’s oldest and longest-running mills, it’s been a cornerstone of our operations—providing 150 local jobs and serving as the birthplace for LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding. Plus, it’s the only SmartSide mill built from the ground up and has held an OSHA VPP Star safety certification for 20 years. What a fantastic way to celebrate LP Two Harbors! 🎉 #LifeAtLP #TeamLP

Last week, we wrapped up our 2025 Internship Program at LP Nashville with a sweet send-off, complete with LP-inspired treats and words of wisdom from LP Chair & CEO Brad Southern. #DYK: In 2024, our Fort St. John, British Columbia mill eliminated herbicide use, joining the rest of our Canadian mills—some of which stopped over 20 years ago. Today, we no longer use herbicides in any forestlands that we manage in Canada. 🍃 #LPCares
