On July 14th, Luxium Solutions' Milford team used their volunteer hours and participated in the Milford Community Athletic Association (MCAA) 5th Annual Golf Tournament! For 2025, the team elected to sponsor and help support their capital improvements to the North River Road fields (lighting, scoreboards, etc.)   The MCAA is a New Hampshire based youth sports organization serving Milford and surrounding towns since 1957. We’re excited to have Drew Haven present Luxium Solutions' latest developments on Gallium Oxide at GOX 2025. This ultrawide bandgap semiconductor, with a bandgap over 4.8 eV compared to silicon’s 1.12 eV, offers higher critical electric fields and lower on-resistance. Gallium Oxide stands out because it can be efficiently manufactured at large scale and lower cost than other UWBG materials. Devices made with Ga₂O₃ enable compact, high-power switching, ideal for electric vehicle charging. Defense applications include lighter power systems for aircraft and smaller radar units. #semiconductor #powerelectronics

Luxium Solutions honors the memory of Tom Kinisky, who served as President of our business from 2002 to 2008 - part of his remarkable 30-year career with Saint-Gobain North America. Tom passed away last weekend after a courageous battle with cancer. During his tenure, our business entered a period of significant transformation and innovation, as Tom led the team through ambitious R&D initiatives and large-scale projects. One lasting legacy from that era is our Hiram facility in Ohio, which was completed as Tom transitioned to another Saint-Gobain business. Tom’s leadership left a profound and lasting impact on our global sites. His ability to inspire those around him led to achievements that continue to shape who we are today.
