From engaging learning sessions and store visits to thoughtful mentorship moments and standout final presentations, they made their mark—and then some. That’s a wrap on Tech Summer Camp 2025 🎬. Last week, our J.Crew Group Technology team came together for the third annual Summer Camp — and it just keeps getting better. From thought-provoking sessions to laugh-out-loud moments (and even a podcast debut!), this hybrid crew made the most of their time together. A standout moment: the debut of Second Thread, our new internal AI Lab led by Geoff Allman and Kendall Ketchum. Designed as a consulting hub for all things AI, Second Thread will support teams across J.Crew Group in unlocking the power of emerging technologies. We explored entrepreneurial thinking, imagined the future of retail and AI with partners from Capgemini, and packed-out sessions like “Effective Communication: Think Like a Lobbyist.” We also launched new initiatives, recorded the first episode of our tech podcast "You're on Mute," and doubled down on how we work and collaborate. This team continues to show what’s possible when curiosity, creativity, and collaboration collide. We’re already excited for next year!
