Since our merger became official, our teams have been working diligently to unify our products, systems, and services. The goal of these efforts is to deliver a seamless and enhanced banking experience for all our customers across our expanded footprint. Beginning Monday, August 25, following our systems integration, our customers will be able to bank at any of our 21 convenient branch locations. To complete this transition, all systems–including online banking, mobile apps, and telephone banking—will be temporarily unavailable beginning Friday, August 22 at 5:00pm. All branches, as well as Customer Service and Video Tellers, will be closed during this time and will resume normal operations on Monday, August 25. Please continue to use your debit card(s) as you normally would before, during, and after integration weekend. There is currently a widespread phishing scam where individuals are receiving phone calls from spoofed numbers. As a reminder, Maine Community Bank will never ask you for your personal information, including your online banking credentials, pin, or security code. Any unsolicited request for account information you receive should be considered fraudulent and reported to us immediately. Beginning Monday, August 25, following our systems integration, legacy MCB customers will need to:  ✔️Visit our website to access Online Banking or download the new Mobile App. ✔️Use your existing username to log in and reset your password–you only need to do this once for access to both online banking and the mobile app!  ✔️Business Online Admins will automatically have the same level of access but will need to reconfigure permissions and limits for any additional Online Banking users. Business customers with multiple business accounts linked under the same profile may not see all their accounts together until a few days after integration.
