This morning was nothing short of magic. My Greatest Charity Workout benefiting Mental Health Association of Rochester was packed with sweat, smiles, and heart. For the first time ever, we rolled out WWE-style entrances for the incredible MHA staff because they’re the real life heroes fighting for mental health every day. They deserved every bit of the spotlight, cheers, and epic walkout songs! And just when we thought the vibes couldn’t get any higher…we brought the event to a close with a confetti blast finale! Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated and moved with purpose today. It was one I will never forget 🫶
