🚀 We’re Hiring! 🚀 🌟The Office of University Development is seeking a Director of Parent & Family Giving to join the Parent & Family Giving team!🌟 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Advance individual relationships of prospects living in the great Chicagoland area (and other specific geographic regions to be determined) that result in philanthropic contributions. ✅ Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 prospects with capacity to make gifts of $100,000 and more. ✅ Conduct at least 120 personal visits with prospects and donors per year, and participate in a minimum of 20 solicitations per year. Qualifications: 🎯5+ years of significant major gift fundraising experience and/or relevant experience in sales and marketing, or other related fields, in a confidential environment to will be considered. 🎯 Proven experience working with six and seven-figure gifts or sales and marketing accounts, including the ability to evaluate, qualify, and move prospects through the cultivation/solicitation cycle. 🎯Must be able to travel 30-40% of the time both in-state and throughout the country.
